Gui water is at their worst when they are being contain. They will act like a cage animal, ready to spring on you in the element of surprise, and then dash for freedom.
While both Gui and Ren Water are flexible, Gui Water lack the Ren Water’s dynamism and stamina.

Your Day Master is Ren Water sitting on the Rat Earthly Branches. Because of the water element is easily mixed with another water element, you will find that both nature describe you. However, the Ren Water personality will come first.

one question – my DM is Gui and it’s the only self-element I have in the chart overall – no roots, no stems, no other hidden stems.
Does it mean my personality is not affected by water much? And generally what is implied if your Gui is that small?

You have some good blogs on your site. Though I think you are missing some critical information i.e. how the season of birth determines your prosperity element. Simply assuming that most richest people have a Ren day master is to say the very least folly and a bit silly. An example you could have used is Warren Buffet who has in fact a Ren day master however take Li-Ka Shing for example, in fact has a Yi (weak wood) day master. Also Ren being a yang element can be destructive as it sometimes is represented by a thundering wave and I think you downplay Gui’s expansive potential if born in the correct season.

Your spouse element is Yang Fire which is called Bing. However, it does not necessary mean your spouse’s Day Master is Bing Fire. Your chart is cold being born in the autumn so you are usually attracted to people who have strong fire element in their chart.

Need some hints for my questions. My DM is Ren Water seated on the Dog. My Hour Pillar has Geng Metal Dog, Month pillar has Ding Fire Snake, and Year pillar has Wu Earth Dragon. I believe my chart to be quite weak, and found that Metal and Water are my favourable elements.
However, which of the both elements are best for my chart, and which variation of the element? (i.e. Geng or Xin Metal / Ren or Gui Water).. As I believe, different elements and variation can mean various things.
By the way, my chart is lacking in Wood, as it only has 1 Yi Wood in the Dragon earthly branch. Is it favourable to also enhance the Wood energy too, for my chart type?
