What I want to do next:
For a start, I am planning to progressively exit out of IT and have begun since last year to look into doing something different like risk management and probably explore doing a start-up company offering such service. I have been reading on bazi for a while and am wondering what I am destined to do though I got some rough idea that I’m an eating god structure. Hope you can share some light on the analysis. I’m studying Bazi in another school. Since in Bazi we look for balance, when Day Master is strong and not a special type, we use the element that weakens the DM to bring balance. Then I do not understand why you consider Wood as UG. In this case I would use Wealth/ Earth which is strong (Wang) and well rooted in Month Branch as Useful God. Earth among others is good for consultant work, expert. For a person with UG as Direct Wealth, he will do well in commercial, monetary and finance. Having a strong Resource fundation in Water he is good in communication. Xin in Year Stem clashes Yi in Month Stem; this shows his ability in computer, analysis, and further weakens his Strong Wood DM which is actually his Annoying God. Fire( Bing) which is related to finance, stock exchange in Hour Stem and hiden in Yin shows his business ability. So he should go ahead since his actual Luck Pillars feeds his Fire/Output. Xin bring him a authoritative post.
I’m using Resource Star as Useful God because the BaZi chart is born in summer which is a hot season. Hence, regulate come first to cool the BaZi chart.

Marriage has nothing to do with your luck. However, your mind-set and attitude are the major determinant of your luck. To improve your luck, you can start by stop putting the blame of your bad luck on others, and look into how you can improve yourself and your skill. It is also important that you have to be realistic on the current economy, how it affect your chances to get a job. You may want to tone down your expectation on position and income at this moment..

When you refer to good communication and interpersonal skill, this is the skill of Yi Wood 乙 and Xin Metal 辛 . Going one step deeper, we prefer this two elements to be either one of the Ten Gods – Hurting Officer, Seven Killing or Rob Wealth. So if you do not have the element of Yi Wood 乙 or Xin Metal 辛, you may want to look at these three Ten Gods instead.
